​Since SOC 2 Compliance Institute is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the digital product is downloaded, or online training purchased. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

• Non-delivery of the product: Due to some network issues of your service provider or our own server availability issues might cause download issues. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. We will manually resend you the digital downloadable file as an attachment to the email. In the case of online training, the training would be resumed on the restoration of the network.
• The excuse of Wrong Product Purchased will not be accepted. Every product page has very elaborate product specific description. Our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download and online training, we generally offer no refunds. In case of live consultancy sessions, and training the dates can be mutually reconsidered if interruption is due to acts of "Nature/force majure".
• Do not waste everybody time by stating unauthorized transaction without your permission, why- because of lack of care at your end. The safety, security, and access control of customer’s system, devices, personal information, banking and card details is sole responsibility of the customer. In nutshell ignorance of cybersecurity and carelessness about PII is your baggage.  Customer’s bank, Payment processor (PayPal, Stripe etc) and service provider have no role here.
• ​​ ​Product not-as-described: Such issues must be reported within the same day from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. We will happily refund the entire amount.
• Requests which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or malicious wishes are not accepted. Do not waste your as well as our time under false pretense or abuse the system. Such Attempts will be summarily rejected and such false and fraudulent intentioned claims would be blacklisted.
• More Quantity Ordered-It is understood that for a single user 01 quantity of digital downloadable file is optimum. We understand that genuine mistakes happen, and you have by mistake clicked quantity more than one. We will happily refund the amount for the quantity more than 1. However, to idiot proof this to happen, the quantity feature is disabled for digital downloadable products.

​All genuine refund requests would be treated on merit on case to case basis, and refund processed within 5-7 working days.
